KJV: 23 Gaius mine host, and of the whole church, saluteth you. Erastus the chamberlain of the city saluteth you, and Quartus a brother. 24 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.

Explanation

A stereotypical ending was added similar to others in Paul's writing.

1 Corinthians 16:23 The grace of the Lord Jesus be with you.

2 Corinthians 13:14 May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.

Galatians 6:18 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit, brothers and sisters. Amen.

Philippians 4:23  The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Amen.

1 Thessalonians 5:28 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.
