KJV: 10 Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven. 11 For the Son of man is come to save that which was lost.

NIV: 10 See that you do not despise one of these little ones. For I tell you that their angels in heaven always see the face of my Father in heaven.

ESV: 10 See that you do not despise one of these little ones. For I tell you that in heaven their angels always see the face of my Father who is in heaven.

CSB: 10 See to it that you don’t despise one of these little ones, because I tell you that in heaven their angels continually view the face of my Father in heaven.

Explanation

Added from Luke 19:10, “For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.”

Result

Nothing is lost when Matthew 18:11 is omitted because it occurs in Luke 19:10.
